Chicken Red Curry | Cooking with Aunty D

Spicy and delicious, this Chicken Red curry will be sure to satisfy your cravings!

Ingredients : 

Oil 1 Tbsp

Thai red curry paste 1 Tbsp

Chicken 200g

Sera Coconut Thick Milk 1 1/2 cups

Kaffir Lime Leaves 2 Nos

Sugar 1 Tsp

Fish Sauce 1/2 Tsp

Salt 1/4 Tsp

Bell Pepper 100g

Method:

  1. Heat oil and add Thai red curry paste and fry for 2-3 minutes.
  2. Add chicken, Sera Thick Coconut Milk and Kaffir lime leaves
  3. Add sugar, fish sauce, salt. Cook for 5 minutes and then add bell pepper
