Who said greens don’t taste good? This tempered kankun recipe will definitely change your mind! Get cooking!

Ingredients:

  • Kankun 250 g
  • Chilli paste 1 1/2 tsp
  • Onion (Large) 1
  • Oil 2 tsp
  • Sesame oil 3 drops
  • Garlic 5 cloves
  • Salt 1/4 tsp
  • Soy sauce 2 tsp

Method:

  1. Clean kankun and let it drain.
  2. Heat oil and add chopped garlic, onion, salt, chilli paste and soy sauce, and mix well.
  3. Then add kankun. Thereafter, add sesame oil. 
  4. Cook for 3- 5 minutes on a low flame.
