Seer Fish Salad

Ingredients:

  • Seer Fish 250 g
  • Oil
  • Yellow Bell Pepper (Medium) 1 
  • Green Chillies 2 
  • Onion (Medium) 1 
  • Tomato (Big) 1
  • Salad leaves / Iceberg Lettuce 50 g
  • Pepper 1/3 tsp
  • Salt 1/4 tsp
  • Salad leaves

For Dressing:

  • Olive oil 1 tbsp
  • Rice vinegar 1/2 tsp
  • Salt 1/4 tsp
  • Pepper 1/4 tsp
  • Lime juice 1/4 tsp

Method:

  1. Pan fry seer fish, adding salt and pepper.
  2. Remove fish bones and the outer skin.
  3. To make the salad dressing, add olive oil to a bowl and add rice vinegar, pepper, salt and lime juice. Mix well and keep aside.
  4. Mix onion, green chillies, bell pepper, tomato and the fried seer fish. Add salad dressing.
  5. Mix with salad leaves and serve
