Ingredients:
• Canned Fish 600g
• Potatoes 250g
• Salt 1 tsp
• Lime ½ tsp
• Pepper ½ tsp
• Chili flakes 1 tsp
• Oil 1 tbsp + oil to fry
• Onion 1 medium
• Ginger and Garlic 1 tbsp
• Curry leaves 10
• Green chilies 3
• Celery 2 tsp
• Egg 1
• Bread Crumbs
Method:
1. First clean and remove the bones from the canned fish
2. Boil potatoes.
3. Mix the fish and boiled potatoes with salt, lime, pepper, and chili flakes.
4. Then heat oil and add a finely chopped onion, garlic, ginger, curry leaves, green chili, and celery, along with a little salt.
5. Then add the canned fish mixture and cook for 5 – 10 minutes on a medium flame. Let this cool.
6. Make balls from the mixture and washed egg.
7. Fry until golden brown on a medium flame.
