Ingredients:
White raw rice 2 cups
Green gram 1 cup (soaked overnight)
Salt 1½ tsp
Water 4 cups
Thick coconut milk 2½ cups
Method:
- Wash and soak green gram overnight
- Wash white raw rice and add soaked green gram
- Add water and cook
- Add coconut milk and salt. Mix well and cook again.
