Cooking with Aunty D.
Enjoy some delicious and spicy soya with your rice and curry! Get cooking!
Ingredients:
- Soya 1 packet
- Oil 3 tbsp
- Leeks 50 g
- Onion (large) 1
- Tomato (large) 1
- Ginger 1 tsp
- Garlic 1 tsp
- Tomato sauce 2 tsp
- Chilli paste 2 tsp
- Salt 1 tsp
- Capsicum (large) 1
- Soy sauce 2 tbsp
- Boiling water 3 cups
Method:
- Boil water and add it to the soya. Drain the water out after 5 minutes.
- Heat oil and add soya. Fry for 5 minutes.
- Heat another tsp of oil and add leeks, onion, tomato, ginger, garlic, tomato sauce, chilli paste, salt, capsicum and soy sauce.
- Then add fried soya.
- Add correct seasoning and serve.
