Chocolate Biscuit Pudding

Here’s a delicious Lankan and chocolatey dessert to devour at any time on any day! Get making!

Ingredients:

  • Marie Biscuits 200 g
  • Lurpak Butter 175 g
  • Icing Sugar 250 g
  • Cocoa powder 50 g
  • Milk 1/8 cup
  • Cooking chocolate 150 g
  • Vanila

Method:

  1. Beat Lurpak butter, icing sugar and cocoa powder.
  2. Dip Marie Biscuits in milk.
  3. Apply thin layer of chocolate mixture in the pan.
  4. Place dipped biscuits on top of the chocolate mixture.
  5. Repeat this and make 3-4 layers.
  6. Melt cooking chocolate with milk in a microwave.
  7. Keep biscuit pudding in a fridge for 30 minutes. Garnish with chocolate+milk mixture.
