Tempered Kankun with Coconut

Ingredients:

• Oil 1 tbsp
• Onion 1 small
• Curry leaves
• Green chilies 2
• Maldive Fish
• Mustard seeds ¼ tsp
• Salt ¼ tsp
• Turmeric ¼ tsp
• Chili flakes ½ tsp
• Coconut ½ cup
• Kankun

Method:

1. Heat oil and add onions, curry leaves, green chilies, maldive fish, mustard seeds, salt, turmeric powder, and chili flakes.
2. Then add scraped coconut and mix well.
3. Finally, add the kankun.
