Capsicum 5 Nos
Sera Coconut Oil 2 Tbsp
Garlic 2 Cloves
Maldive Fish 2 Tbsp
Salt 1/2 Tsp + 1/2 Tsp
Onion 3 Large
Turmeric Powder 1/4 Tsp + 1/4 Tsp
Chilli Flakes 1 Tbsp + 1 Tsp
Tomato 1 Large
Pandan Leaves (Rampe)
- Heat oil and add curry leaves and pandan leaves, garlic, Maldives fish, salt, onion, turmeric powder, chilli flakes and make the tempered onion.
- Remove seeds from the capsicum and fill with tempered onion.
- Heat the same oil again in a flat pan and add stuffed capsicum, curry leaves, pandan leaves (Rampe), turmeric powder, chilli flakes, tomato,onion.
- Cover with the lid and cook 10 -15 minutes under low flame.
