Sri Lankan Pasta | Cooking with Aunty D

Creamy, spicy and easy to whip up!






Boiled Pasta 2 cups

Prawns 200g

Bombay Onion 1 Medium

Garlic 3 Cloves

Ginger 1/2 Tsp

Tomato 1 Medium

Green Chilli 3 Nos

Pepper 1/2 Tsp + 1/4 Tsp

Chilli Flakes 1 Tsp

Salt 1/2 Tsp + 1/4 Tsp

Curry Leaves

Oil 1 Tbsp

Maggi Chicken Soup Cube 1

Capsicum 1



  1. Boil pasta and drain
  2. Heat oil and add prawns, salt and pepper. Let sit for 4 minutes to cook. Add curry leaves, bombay onion, finely chopped garlic and ginger, tomato, green chilli, capsicum, salt, pepper and chilli flakes.
  3. Mix with boiled pasta. Add the Maggi Chicken Soup Cube and mix well.
