Cooking with Aunty D.
Chicken wings is an absolute household favourite. It’s a great party favour as well. With some barbecue or spicy chilli sauce, you fried chicken wings are guaranteed to be an absolute hit! Put your aprons on, let’s get working!
Prep time: 2 hours
Ingredients:
- Chicken winglets 500g
- Chilli powder 2tsp
- Pepper 1tsp
- Salt 1tsp
- Soy sauce 2tsp
- Water 1cup
- Oil
Method:
- Add chilli powder, pepper, salt, soy sauce and water to marinate the chicken.
- Transfer it to a saucepan and allow it to cook for approx. 7 min.
- Heat some oil to shallow fry the wings.
- Line the baking tray with margarine.
- Fry each winglet for 3 min time.
