Roast Turkey and Stuffing

The perfect way to make your roast turkey with a delicious stuffing this Christmas!


• Fortune vegetable oil 2 tbsp
• Onions 2
• Celery
• Carrot 100g
• Mixed herbs ½ tsp
• Pepper 1 tsp
• Salt ½ tsp
• Garlic powder 1 tsp
• Mushroom 150g
• Whole meal bread cubes 100g
• Turkey stock 1 cup
• Pepper ¼ tsp
• Salt ¼ tsp
• Mixed herbs ¼ tsp


1. Add Fortune vegetable oil to the skillet and add onions, carrot, celery, mixed herbs, pepper, salt, garlic powder, and mushroom.
2. Cook for 7 minutes. Then switch the stove off and mix wholemeal bread cubes in.
3. Add pepper, salt, and mixed herbs to the turkey stock and season the turkey for roughly 10 to 15 minutes.
4. Stuff the turkey using the filling and apply the turkey stock on the turkey.
