  • Pork 1 kg
  • Pepper 3 tsp
  • Turmeric powder 1/2 tsp
  • Curry Powder 1 tsp
  • Salt 2 1/4 tsp
  • Vinegar 2 1/2 tbsp
  • Water 2 cups
  • Ginger 1 inch
  • Cardamom 3
  • Cloves 3
  • Garlic 6 cloves
  • Green chillies 5
  • Onion (large) 1
  • Curry leaves
  • Rampe
  • Roast mustard powder 1/4 tsp (optional)


  1. Wash and cut pork into cubes.
  2. Add pepper, salt, turmeric powder, vinegar, ground ginger, garlic, cardamoms and cloves.
  3. Then add water and cook until water evaporates.
  4. When the oil starts to come out of the pork, add green chillies and onion.
  5. Add roast mustard powder (optional).
