Pineapple Achcharu

Forget about screaming for ice cream, this recipe will have you screaming for annasi achcharu! Get cooking!

Ingredients:

  • Pineapple (large) 1
  • Chilli flakes 2 tbsp
  • Vinegar 1/2 cup
  • Salt 1 tsp
  • Sugar 1 tbsp
  • Water 1 cup
  • Chilli powder 1 tsp
  • Pepper 1/2 tsp

Method:

  1. Add a cup of water to a clay pot and add vinegar, slat, chilli powder, chilli flakes, pepper and sugar.
  2. Cook on medium flame until sugar dissolves.
  3. Finally take the pot off the heat and add pineapple.
