Ingredients:

• Nelum Ala 250g
• Onion 1 large
• Green chilies 3
• Maldive Fish
• Sugar
• Pepper ¼ tsp
• Salt ¼ tsp
• Tomato 1 big
• Lime juice ½ tsp
• Oil to fry

Method:

1. Clean, wash, and cut Nelum ala into thin slices
2. Fry until golden brown
3. Add Maldive fish, sliced onion, green chilies, salt, lime juice, pepper, and sugar. Mix well.
4. Then add fried Nelum ala and mix this
5. Finally, add tomato.
