• Mutton 300g
• Rice 1 cup
• Fortune Sunflower Oil 3 tbsp
• Cinnamon 1 inch
• Cardamoms 4
• Onion 1 large
• Ginger and garlic 2 tbsp
• Tomatoes 2
• Green chillies 2
• Curd ¼ cup
• Salt ½ tsp
• Curry Powder ½ tsp
• Chilli powder ½ tsp
• Garam masala ½ tsp
• Water 1 ½ cups + ¼ cup
• Mint leaves
• Lime juice 1 tsp


1. Wash rice and keep aside.
2. Heat oil in a in a cooking pan. Add cinnamon, cardamom, onion, ginger, garlic, tomato, green chilli, curd, and mutton. Then add salt, curry powder, chilli powder, and garam masala. Add water and stir well.
3. Add washed rice and add a little water if needed.
4. Cover the pan with the lid and allow rice to cook.
5. Finally, add mint leaves and lime juice.
