Mushroom Couscous

• Couscous 150g
• Stock water 1 ½ cups
• Fortune Coconut Oil 2 ½ tbsp.
• Onion 1 large
• Garlic 3 cloves
• Mushrooms 200g
• Salt ¼ tsp
• Pepper ¼ tsp


1. Add boiling stock water to the couscous, just enough to cover the couscous.
2. Heat a pan and add oil, onion, garlic, and mushrooms. Add salt and pepper.
3. Add couscous once the mushroom is cooked and stir well.
