• White raw rice 250g
• Water 2 cups
• Thick coconut milk 2 cups
• Salt to taste
1. Wash the white raw rice
2. Place this in a clay pot (or rice cooker)
3. Add water
4. Cook the rice
5. Add salt to the coconut milk and add this to the cooked rice
6. Mix well
7. Keep this on a low flame until the coconut milk dissolves.
