Ingredients:
- Noodles 1 Packet
- Boiled Water
- Goldi Chicken Sausages 250 g
- Goldi Chicken Meatballs 250 g
- Leeks 75 g
- Carrots 75 g
- Young corn 6
- Salt 1 tsp + 1 tsp
- Chili Paste 2 tsp
- Pepper 1 1/2 tsp
- Turmeric 1/4 tsp
- Oil 2 tbsp
- Garlic 4 cloves
- Ginger 1/2 inch
- Soy sauce 2 tsp
- Celery 2 inches
- Rampa and Curry leaves
Method:
- Boil water and add turmeric powder and salt. Then add noodles and cook for 2-3 minutes.
- Add oil to a pan and cook Goldi Chicken Meatballs for about 3-4 minutes on low heat. Add Goldi Chicken Sausages and cook for another 3 minutes.
- Add rampa and curry leaves, celery, garlic and ginger.
- Add pepper, salt, soy sauce, baby corn, carrots and leeks.
- Finally add correct seasoning.
