Cooking with Aunty D
Here’s something new you can try this New Year! Get cooking!
Kiribath Ingredients:
- Washed raw white rice 250 g
- Water 1 1/2 cups
- Thick coconut milk 2 cups
- Salt 1 tsp
Kiribath Ingredients:
- Scraped coconut 2 cups
- Coconut treacle 1/2 cup
- Sugar 1/2 cup
- Salt 1/2 tsp
Kiribath Method:
- Wash and add water to the white rice and cook.
- Add thick coconut milk and salt. Cook for 20 minutes on a low flame.
- Imbul kiribath can be shaped as shown in the video.
Panipol Method:
- Add coconut treacle, salt, sugar and scraped coconut.
- Cook for 10-15 minutes on a very low flame.
