- Beans 250 g
- Onion small 1/2
- Garlic 2 cloves
- Fennel seeds 1/4 tsp
- Turmeric powder 1/4 tsp
- Salt 1/4 tsp
- Curry powder 1/3 tsp
- Green chilli 1
- Coconut milk 1/4 cup
1. Heat oil and add onion, curry leaves, garlic, fennel seeds, turmeric powder and salt.
2. Then add beans.
3. Add curry powder and green chilli. Mix well and cover with lid. Let it cook for 3 minutes.
4. Then add 1/4 cup of coconut milk and cook for a further 5 minutes on a very low flame.
