Doughnuts are a common man’s favourite when it comes to sweets and desserts. We’ve got you covered especially during this school holiday season. Go ahead and make these cute little glazed doughnuts for your little ones at home to enjoy!

Ingredients:

  • Flour 500g
  • Water 200ml
  • Yeast 10g
  • Sugar 80g
  • Salt 5g
  • Margarine 75g
  • Milk 1/2 cup
  • Egg 1
  • Oil to Fry

Method:

  1. Mix Flour, Yeast, Salt, Milk and Sugar
  2. Add Egg, Water and Mix into a Dough
  3. Add Margarine and develop the Dough
  4. Roll it to 1/4″ Thickness
  5. Cut the dough
  6. Keep 20 mins for proof
  7. Fry 2-3 mins in Hot Oil
