Here’s how you can make a Lankan staple at home!
Ingredients
- Potato 500g
- Green Chilli 3
- Onion 2 medium
- Garlic 3 cloves
- Maldive fish 2 tbsp
- Cinnamon ¼ inch
- Cardamom 2 pods
- Turmeric Powder ¼ tsp
- Chilli flakes 3 tsp
- Salt ½ tsp
- Rampe
- Curry Leaves
- N-Joy Coconut Oil
Method
- Cut potatoes into small cubes. Use N-Joy coconut oil and fry potato cubes until golden brown.
- Heat another pan, add 3 tsp N-Joy coconut oil. Add green chilli, onion, garlic, rampe, curry leaves, maldive fish, cinnamon, cardamom, turmeric porwder, chilli flakes and salt. Mix well and cook for 5 minutes
- Add fried potato and mix together well.
