Fish Patties

Making fish patties isn’t as hard as you may think. Check out our simple recipe below!

Ingredients:

• All purpose flour 250g
• Salt ½ tsp and ¼ tsp
• Egg yolk 1
• MeadowLea Fat Spread 100g
• Iced water
• Oil 2 tbsp
• Chopped curry leaves 2 tbsp
• Ginger & Garlic 1 tbsp
• Onion 1 medium
• Green chilies 2
• Salt ¼ tsp
• Pepper ¼ tsp
• Chili flakes ½ tsp
• Boiled potato 150g
• Boiled tuna fish 250g

Method:

1. Add salt and egg yolk to the all purpose flour and mix.
2. Then add MeadowLea Fat Spread and crumble it. Add iced water, and ensure the texture isn’t sticky
3. Refrigerate for 10 minutes
4. Heat oil and add chopped curry leaves, ginger & garlic, onion, green chilies, salt, pepper. Chili flakes, chili powder, boiled potato, boiled fish and cook for 5 – 10 minutes.
5. Take the dough from the refrigerator, roll it out, and cut into circles. Using this mould, you can now make patties.
