Maggi Papare Kottu 1 packet
Garlic + Ginger 1 Tsp
Onion 1 Medium
Tomato 1 Medium
Pepper 1/2 Tsp
Chilli Flakes 1 Tsp
Salt 1/2 Tsp
Milk 1/4 Cup
- Boil water (125ML) and add Maggi Papare Kottu and the seasoning packet.
- Heat oil, add chicken and let cook for 3 to 4 minutes.
- Add garlic + ginger, onion, leeks, carrots, tomato, capsicum, pepper, chilli flakes and salt.
- Add an egg and mix well. Then mix with the cooked Maggi Papare Kottu and add milk and cheese.
