Extra Spicy Cheese Kottu | Cooking with Aunty D

Want a creamy cheese kottu in the comfort of your own home? Look no further!




Maggi Papare Kottu 1 packet

Chicken 150g

Garlic + Ginger 1 Tsp

Onion 1 Medium

Leeks 50g

Carrots 100g

Tomato 1 Medium

Capsicum 1

Pepper 1/2 Tsp

Chilli Flakes 1 Tsp

Salt 1/2 Tsp

Egg 1

Milk 1/4 Cup

Grated Cheese


  1. Boil water (125ML) and add Maggi Papare Kottu and the seasoning packet.
  2. Heat oil, add chicken and let cook for 3 to 4 minutes.
  3. Add garlic + ginger, onion, leeks, carrots, tomato, capsicum, pepper, chilli flakes and salt.
  4. Add an egg and mix well. Then mix with the cooked Maggi Papare Kottu and add milk and cheese.
