Easy Chicken Carbonara | Cooking with Aunty D

Try your hand at this easy noodle recipe with an Italian twist! Although Carbonara dishes are known for their complicated preparation, any amateur chef should be able to master this one!



Maggi Chicken Noodles 1 packet

Boneless chicken 150g

Salt 1/3 Tsp

Pepper 1/4 Tsp

Oil 1 1/2 Tbsp

Water 200ml

Milk 1 cup

Margarine 1 Tbsp




  1. Heat oil. Add boneless chicken, salt and pepper. Cook for 5 to 7 minutes.
  2. Boil water and add Maggi Chicken Noodles and the seasoning packet.
  3. Add milk and margarine. Mix well.
  4. Add cooked chicken and garnish with cheese.
