  • Boneless chicken cubes 500 g
  • Egg 1 
  • Salt 3/4 tsp 
  • Pepper 1 tsp 
  • All purpose flour 1/4 cup
  • Oil 1 tsp
  • Onion (medium) 1
  • Garlic (chopped) 1/2 tsp
  • Ginger (finely cut) 1/2 tsp
  • Leeks (stem) 10 inch
  • Capsicum (large) 1
  • Chilli paste 2 tsp
  • Soy sauce 1 1/2 tsp
  • Tomato sauce 1 1/2 tbsp
  • Sweet chilli sauce 1/2 tbsp
  • Oil to fry
  • Tomato (big) 1


  1. Add salt, pepper and all purpose flour to the chicken cubes and mix well. Then add an egg and let it marinate for a while.
  2. Heat the pan and add oil, onion, garlic, ginger, leeks, capsicum and chilli paste. Add soy sauce, tomato sauce and sweet chilli sauce.
  3. Add chopped tomatoes.
  4. Add fried chicken cubes and mix well.
