Try your hand at this tangy easy-to-make dish!
Chicken Breasts (skinless) 400g
Salt 1 tsp + 1/2 tsp
Pepper 1 tsp + 1/3 tsp
Oil 1 tbsp + 1 tsp
Onion 1 large
Red Chilli 2 nos (or Green Chilli)
Dry Chilli Flakes 1 tsp
Chicken Stock 1 cup
Lime 2 tsp
Coriander Leaves 1/8 cups
Maggi Thick Coconut Milk 1 cup
Turmeric Powder 1/2 tsp
Cornflour 1 tsp
Water 1 tbsp to dissolve the cornflour
1. Remove the skin and bones from the chicken breast and cut.
2. Add pepper and salt, keep for 20 minutes.
3. Heat oil and add chopped onion, red/green chilli, pepper, dry chilli flakes, chicken stock, lime, coriander leaves, Maggi thick coconut milk, turmeric powder, salt and cornflour.
4. Finally, add the half-cooked chicken breast, cover the lid and cook.
