Here’s another cake that is one of a kind and tastes absolutely delightful! Spice up your variety of cakes this season with this Oil Cake!  Get baking!

Ingredients:

  • Sugar 200 g
  • Flour 225 g
  • Baking soda 1 tsp
  • Salt 1/4 tsp
  • Cocoa powder 25 g
  • Water 250 ml
  • Oil 125 ml
  • White Vinegar 1 tbsp

Method:

  1. In a large bowl mix flour, sugar, baking soda, salt and cocoa powder.
  2. Add the liquids- Oil, water, vinegar.
  3. Beat until smooth.
  4. Pour into a baking tray and bake at 150°C for 30 mins.
