Who doesn’t love some good chicken wings? But we always have it the same old boring way. So we gave it a little twist! It’s so meaty you’ll think you’re having a drumstick! Eat away..

Ingredients:

  • Chicken winglets 500g
  • Peper 1 1/2 tsp
  • Salt 1 tsp
  • Garlic powder 1 tsp
  • Eggs 2
  • Bread crumbs
  • Fortune Vegetable Oil

Method:

  1. Marinate chicken with salt, pepper and garlic powder
  2. Cut and press the flesh downwards to make a ball
  3. Eggwash and coat with bread crumbs
  4. Repeat
  5. Use fortune vegetable oil and fry at medium heat until golden brown
