Ingredients:

  • Boneless Chicken breast
  • Chicken Ham
  • Cheese
  • Pepper
  • Salt
  • Oil
  • Breadcrumbs
  • Egg

Method:

  1. Take the Boneless Chicken Breast and cut in half.
  2. Flatten the Chicken, Add Salt and Pepper.
  3. Refrigerate 10 mins.
  4. Place Ham and Cheese, Then roll it.
  5. Egg wash it (add pepper and salt to egg)
  6. Roll in the Breadcrumbs and seal it.
  7. Add Oil to the pan, Fry 5-6 mins until golden brown
  8. Oven 175c for 10 mins
