Cheesy Seenisambol bun with egg

  • Onion 250g
  • Green Chilli 2
  • Oil 2 tsp
  • Saffron 1/4 tsp
  • Salt 1/2 tsp
  • Sugar 2 tsp
  • Chilli Powder 2-3 tsp
  • Knorr maldive fish powder 2 tsp
  • Curry leaves and Pandan
  • Dinner Buns 10
  • Egg 1
  • Mozzarella cheese


  1. Heat Oil, Add curry leaves and pandan, Onion, Green Chilli, Saffron, Salt, Sugar, Chilli Powder, Knorr Maldive Fish
  2. Cook on a Low Flame for 20-30 minutes
  3. Cut Dinner Buns in 1/3, Remove the inside
  4. Fill with Seeni Sambol, Egg and Cheese
  5. Bake at 220f for 10 Minutes until Cheese Melts
