You can never go wrong with some fresh and healthy Carrot Sambol! Get cooking!
Ingredients:
- Carrot 250 g
- Green chillies 2
- Onion (big) 1
- Salt 1/4 tsp
- Pepper 1/4 tsp
- Salt 1/4 tsp
- Lemon juice 1 tsp
- Scraped Coconut 1/4 cup
Method:
1. Clean and grate carrot.
2. In a medium sized bowl, add scraped coconut, onion, green chilli, pepper, salt and lemon juice. Mix well.
3. Finally, add grated carrot and correct seasoning.
