Buffalo Chicken Pops with Blue Cheese and Sour Cream Dressing

This classic American Starter with a twist will be a guaranteed hit on any table. Spicy, tangy and crunchy with a creamy dressing to bring it all together, you can’t resist these easy to pick and dip snacks!


Blue Cheese and Sour Cream Dressing:

1/2 cup Blue Cheese

1/2 Cup Sour Cream

1/4 Cup Mayonnaise

1 Garlic Clove

Salt and Pepper

1 Tbsp Whole Milk

1/8 Cup Lemon Juice

Pulse all of these ingredients in a food processor until nice and smooth. Taste and season to preference. Set aside in the fridge until ready to use.

Buffalo Hot Sauce:

1/2 Stick Butter

1 Cup Hot Sauce

1 1/2 Tbsp Honey

Over low-medium heat melt butter. Pour in hot sauce and honey. Combine well. Set aside.

Chicken Pops:

Boneless Skinless Chicken Breast cubes-1 1/2 inch pieces

Cake Pop Sticks

Salt and Pepper



Panko Bread Crumbs (plain or crushed)

Vegetable oil

Cut boneless, skinless chicken breasts into 1 1/2 inch cubes and spear through with cake pop sticks. Dip in flour, wash in egg, and roll through with panko bread crumbs. Shallow fry in vegetable oil on medium heat for 4-5 minutes, turning once or twice for even browning.

Dip chicken pops in buffalo sauce just before serving and set aside next to Blue Cheese and Sour Cream Dressing along with some celery sticks.
