Biriyani Style Chicken Noodles | Cooking with Aunty D

Chicken Noodles with a twist that will satisfy your cravings for Indian cuisine!

 

 

 

Ingredients : 

Water 225 ML

Maggi Papare Kottu Noodles 1 packet

Oil 1 Tbsp

Cardamom 1 pod

Cinnamon 1/2 Inch

Clove 2 Nos

Onion 1 Medium

Garlic + Ginger Paste 1 Tbsp

Tomato 1 Big

Chilli Powder 1/2 Tsp

Coriander Powder 1/2 Tsp

Fennel Powder 1/4 Tsp

Salt 1/4 Tsp

Peas 50g

Beans 50g

Cauliflower 100g

Carrot 50g

Coriander leaves 1/4 Cup

Method :

  1. Heat oil, add cardamom, cinnamon, cloves, onion, garlic, ginger+ garlic paste and tomato. Cook until soft.
  2. Add chilli powder, coriander powder, fennel powder and fry.
  3. Add cut vegetables and salt. Cook until tender.
  4. Add cooked Maggi Papare Kottu.
