Chicken Noodles with a twist that will satisfy your cravings for Indian cuisine!
Water 225 ML
Maggi Papare Kottu Noodles 1 packet
Oil 1 Tbsp
Cardamom 1 pod
Cinnamon 1/2 Inch
Clove 2 Nos
Onion 1 Medium
Garlic + Ginger Paste 1 Tbsp
Tomato 1 Big
Chilli Powder 1/2 Tsp
Coriander Powder 1/2 Tsp
Fennel Powder 1/4 Tsp
Salt 1/4 Tsp
Coriander leaves 1/4 Cup
- Heat oil, add cardamom, cinnamon, cloves, onion, garlic, ginger+ garlic paste and tomato. Cook until soft.
- Add chilli powder, coriander powder, fennel powder and fry.
- Add cut vegetables and salt. Cook until tender.
- Add cooked Maggi Papare Kottu.
