Cooking with Aunty D.
Who doesn’t love a great Adukku Roti? Here you have it. Make it yourself!
Ingredients:

Minced Chicken 350g

Tomato Chopped 1 big

Onion Chopped 1 big
-
Leeks White 1
-
Garlic 1 tsp
-
Pepper 1 tsp
-
Salt 1 tsp
-
Knorr Chicken Cube 1/2
-
Garam Masala 1 tsp
-
Soy Sauce 2 tsp
-
Oil 4 tsp
-
Celery Chopped
-
Coriander Chopped
Pancake:
- Flour 150g
- Egg 1
- Salt 1/4 tsp
- Saffron 1/4 tsp
- Water 1 1/2 cups
Roti:
- Flour 250g
- Margarine
- Egg 1
- Salt 1 tsp
- Sugar 1 1/2 tsp
Method:
1. Pancake
Mix flavour with egg, Saffron, Salt and Water, Whisk and make pancakes
2. Roti
Flavour, Margarine, Egg, Sugar, and Salt, Mix them and make a dough. If the dough is too thick use little water
3. Heat saucepan add oil, then add minced chicken Pepper, Salt, Knorr chicken, Tomato, Garam masala, Onion, Leeks white, Garlic, Soy sauce, Celery and Coriander
4. Cook the curry aproximately 5-6 mins
5. Make a roti using roti dough and place a pancake, Now put the curry inbetween pancakes.

7. Bake 220 °F 15 – 20 Minutes.
