Packed with protein, this easy carrot recipe is simple and delicious!



Carrots 250g

Egg 1

Maggi Rasa Musu 1 packet

Oil 1 tbsp

Green Chili 1

Curry Leaves

Salt 1/4 tsp


  1. Cut carrots and keep aside
  2. Heat oil, add onion, curry leaves and carrot
  3. Add Maggi Rasa Musu and let it cook for 3 minutes.
  4. Add the egg and salt
  5. Mix well and switch off the flame
