Since it’s international coffee day we’ve got you a tiramisu recipe! Get cooking and give your loved ones a coffee filled dessert for afternoon tea.

  • Double cream 500 ml
  • Mascarpone cheese 250 g
  • Sugar 5 tbsp
  • Strong coffee 300 ml
  • Finger biscuits 175 g
  • Cocoa powder 2 tsp
  • Marsala 2 tsp

  1. Put cream, mascarpone, marsala and sugar in a large bowl. Whisk until the cream and mascarpone have completely combined. Or you can mix mascarpone, marsala and sugar and add the cream, thereafter.
  2. Dip finger biscuits in the coffee. Layer the soaked biscuits in your dish until you have used half of the biscuits. Then spread over half of the cream mixture.
  3. Place another layer of biscuits on top of the cream layer and spread the remaining cream over.
  4. Cover and chill overnight. When serving, dust with cocoa powder.
