Teriyaki Chicken Noodles | Cooking with Aunty D

Water 200ml

Maggi Chicken Noodles

Soy Sauce 1/3 cup

Brown Sugar 1/4 cup

Garlic 2 cloves

Ginger 1/4 inch

Honey 2 tbsp

Water 1/4 cup

Cornstarch 1 tbsp

Cold Water 1/4 cup

Chicken 200g

Oil 1 tbsp

Green Onions

Sesame Seeds



Add water into a pan followed by a packet of Maggi chicken noodles and boil the noodles.

Add soy sauce into a new pan followed by brown sugar, garlic, ginger honey, water and mix well.

Next, add cornstarch into a small cup of cold water, mix well and add it to the soy sauce mix.

Marinate the chicken using the soy sauce mix.

Next, add oil into a new pan followed by the marinated chicken and let the chicken cook fry well.

Add the boiled noodles into the pan with the chicken followed by the soy sauce mixture made earlier and mix the noodles well.

Finally, add green onions, sesame seeds salt to taste. Serve once done.
