Polos Stir Fry Noodles | Cooking with Aunty D

Ingredients: 

Water 2l

Maggi Broad Noodles Family Pack

Polos 500g

Turmeric 1/2 tsp

Salt 1 tsp

Oil 1 tbsp

Curry Leaves

Rampe

Bombay Onion 1 medium

Garlic 3 cloves

Chilli Flakes 1 tbsp

Pepper 1/2 tsp

Green Chilli 2 nos

Chilli Powder 1/2 tsp

Thick Coconut Milk 1/4 cup

Leeks 1 cup

Carrot 1 cup

Method:

Add 1l of water into a bowl over the heat, let it boil and add the Maggi Broad Noodles Family Pack. Remove from heat once the noodles are cooked.

Add 1l of water into another bowl followed by polos, turmeric and salt. Cover the bowl with a lid until the polos is cooked well. Remove from heat once done.

Next, add oil into a pan followed by, curry leaves, rampe, bombay onion, garlic, mashed boiled polos, turmeric, chilli flakes, pepper, green chilli, chilli powder, thick coconut milk, leeks, carrot and mix them well.

Finally, add the boiled noodles into the pan and mix well with the other ingredients.
