Pani Walalu | Cooking with Aunty D

Ingredients: 

Soaked Undu 1 cup

Water 1 cup

Maggi Real Coconut Milk Powder 2 tbsp

Rice Flour 1/2 cup

Salt 1/2 tsp

Pipping Bag

Oil (To fry)

Honey

Method: 

Add Maggi Real Coconut Milk Powder into a water bowl and mix well.

Add the soaked undu into a blender, followed by Maggi Real Coconut Milk and blend well.

Add the paste into a bowl followed by rice flour, mix and let it rest for 2-3 hours.

After letting the paste rest, add salt and mix well.

Next, add oil into a pan to shallow fry the pani walalu.

Add the paste into a piping bag and slowly push out the paste into the oil in spiral shapes.

Let the pani walalu fry well until golden brown and remove from heat once done.

Finally, add honey into a pan and let the fried pani walalu rest in the honey, allowing it to soak the honey.
