Noodles Salad | Cooking with Aunty D

Sera Festive Noodles

Water (to boil)

Margarine 15g

Chicken 200g 

Mustard Paste 1 tsp 

Pepper 1 tsp 

Garlic Powder 1/2 tsp 

Green Bell Pepper 50g 

Carrot 50g

Cabbage 50g

Tomato 1 big

Green Apple 1 nos

Iceberg Lettuce 1 cup 

Pepper 1/2 tsp

Salt 1/2 tsp 

Lime Juice 1 tsp

Sera Salt 1 tsp

Sesame Seeds


Add the Sera Noodles vegetable sachet and Sera Festive Noodles into a bowl of boiling water, cover with a lid and let the noodles boil well.

Add margarine into a pan followed by, chicken, mustard paste, pepper, mix well and let the chicken cook well.

Next, the roasted chicken into a fresh bowl followed by, green bell pepper, carrots, cabbage, tomatoes, green apples, iceberg lettuce, pepper and mix well.

Squeeze some lime juice over the salad, add the boiled Sera Noodles, mix well and add Sera salt to taste.

Finally, mix the salad well once more, sprinkle some sesame seeds and serve.
