Kadala Parippu 1 1/2 cups
Green Chilli 5 nos
Red Onion 10 nos
Chilli flakes 2 tsp
Turmeric 1/2 tsp
Salt 1 tsp
All-purpose flour 1 cup
Oil (for deep frying)
- Soak Kadala Parippu in water for 30 minutes. Blend until it forms a smooth paste.
- Add green chilli, red onion, curry leaves, chilli flakes, turmeric and salt. Mix well.
- Mix all-purpose flour and water to make a paste.
- Scoop out a bit of the Kadala Parippu mixture, roll into a ball and flatten. Apply the flour/water mixture and place two prawns on top. Deep fry in oil.
