Wet White Raw Rice 2 cups
Water 1/3 cup
Scraped coconut 1/2 cup
Yeast 1 tsp
Sugar 1 1/2 tsp
Salt 1 tsp
Thick Coconut milk
First, soak the white raw rice in water for 45 mins.
Add the wet white raw rice into a blender followed by, scraped coconut, water and blend well.
Add the mixture into a bowl, followed by yeast, sugar, and let it rest for three hours.
Next, add salt, thick coconut milk and mix well.
Add a spoonful of the mixture into a pan suitable to make the hoppers and swirl it around the pan.
Next, add an egg into the centre, break open the yolk and add pepper, salt, chilli flakes and cheese.
Cover the pan and let the hoppers cook.
Finally, use a spoon to remove the hoppers from the pan and serve accordingly.
