Devilled Capsicum

This flavoursome devilled capsicum dish is sure to spice up your day and tingle your taste buds!


  • Capsicum 300 g 
  • Onion (large) 1
  • Oil 2 tsp
  • Tomato (small) 1
  • Egg 1
  • Turmeric powder 1/4 tsp
  • Salt 1/3 tsp
  • Chilli flakes 2/3 tsp
  • Curry Leaves & Rampa


  1. Clean cut and the capsicum.
  2. Heat a oil in a saucepan. Add capsicum, curry leaves & rampa, turmeric powder, salt, onion, chilli flakes and finally, tomato.
  3. Mix the ingredients well and add egg.
  4. Mix the egg with the capsicum. Cover the saucepan and keep for 3-4 minutes.
