Chicken Fried Rice | Cooking with Aunty D

Oil 1 tbsp

Chicken 200g

Pepper 1/2 tsp

Salt 1/2 tsp

Garlic 4 cloves

Ginger 1/2 inch

Eggs 2 nos

Carrot 100g

Leeks 100g

Cooked Basmati Rice 2 cups

Sesame Oil 1/2 tsp


  1. Add oil to a pan and let heat. Add in chicken, pepper and salt and fry.
  2. Add garlic and ginger and stir. Add eggs, carrots and leeks and mix together.
  3. Add in the cooked Basmati rice and sesame oil. Mix well.
