Bread Omelette | Cooking with Aunty D

Bread Slices 8 nos 

Onion 1 large 

Green Chilli 3 nos 

Tomato 1 large

Red Chilli 2 nos

Parsley ⅛ cups 

Pepper ½ tsp 

Chilli Flakes 1 tsp 

Salt ½ tsp 

Eggs 4 nos 



First, finely cut onion, chilli, tomatoes and parsley.

Mix onion, green chilli, red chilli, tomatoes, parsley, pepper, chilli flakes, salt, eggs and whisk them well.

Next, add butter to a pan and toast both sides of the bread slices.

Add a spoon full of the egg mixture to the pan, cover it with the toasted bread and let it cook.

Continue the same for both sides of the bread.

Finally, keep two slices of bread together, cut in half and serve.
