Aguna Kola Mallum
Ingredients:
Oil 1 tbsp
Red Dry Chilli 3 nos
Mustard Seeds 1/2 tsp
Big Onion 1 medium
Rampe
Salt 1/2 tsp
Turmeric 1/4 tsp
Grated Coconut 1/4 cup
Aguna Kola 1 1/2 cups
Lime Juice
Method:
First, fry red dry chilli, mustard seeds, big onion and rampe.
While mixing, add salt, turmeric and grated coconut.
Then add Aguna kola.
Continue to mix until the mixture is cooked.
Finally, drizzle some lime juice and serve!
Thebu Kola Mallum
Ingredients:
Grated Coconut 1/4 cup
Turmeric 1/4 tsp
Pepper 1/4 tsp
Green Chilli 1 nos
Salt 1/4 tsp
Big Onion 1 small
Thebu Kola 1 1/2 cups
Lime Juice
Method:
Add grated coconut, turmeric, pepper, green chilli, chopped big onion and salt into a pot.
Mix well until the mixture is combined.
Then proceed to add Thebu Kola into the coconut mixture.
Next, mix well to fuse the ingredients together.
Finally, drizzle some lime juice and serve!
