Spicy and delicious, this Chicken Red curry will be sure to satisfy your cravings!
Oil 1 Tbsp
Thai red curry paste 1 Tbsp
Sera Coconut Thick Milk 1 1/2 cups
Kaffir Lime Leaves 2 Nos
Sugar 1 Tsp
Fish Sauce 1/2 Tsp
Salt 1/4 Tsp
Bell Pepper 100g
- Heat oil and add Thai red curry paste and fry for 2-3 minutes.
- Add chicken, Sera Thick Coconut Milk and Kaffir lime leaves
- Add sugar, fish sauce, salt. Cook for 5 minutes and then add bell pepper
