Cooking with Aunty D.
Forget about buying refrigerated kochchi bites from the store. Here’s how you can make these spicy fried beauties at home! Get frying!
Ingredients:
- Minced chicken 250 g
- Salt 1 1/2 tsp
- Paprika 2 tsp
- Chilli flakes 2 tsp
- Kochchi 3
- Garlic powder 1 tsp
- Egg 1/2 + 1/2
- Flour 3 tsp
- Mozzarella
- Fortune vegetable oil (to fry)
- Bread crumbs
Method:
- Add salt, paprika, chilli flakes, egg and kochichi to the minced chicken and mix well.
- Add the flour to the mixture.
- Shape the mixture into small balls. and place a bit of mozzarella inside each ball.
- Pass through egg and bread crumbs. Repeat this process twice.
- Fry on low heat until golden brown.
