Spicy Kochchi Bites

Forget about buying refrigerated kochchi bites from the store. Here’s how you can make these spicy fried beauties at home! Get frying!

Ingredients:

  • Minced chicken 250 g
  • Salt 1 1/2 tsp
  • Paprika 2 tsp
  • Chilli flakes 2 tsp
  • Kochchi 3
  • Garlic powder 1 tsp
  • Egg 1/2 + 1/2
  • Flour 3 tsp
  • Mozzarella
  • Fortune vegetable oil (to fry)
  • Bread crumbs

Method:

  1. Add salt, paprika, chilli flakes, egg and kochichi to the minced chicken and mix well.
  2. Add the flour to the mixture.
  3. Shape the mixture into small balls. and place a bit of mozzarella inside each ball.
  4. Pass through egg and bread crumbs. Repeat this process twice.
  5. Fry on low heat until golden brown.
